Overview: MUST BE A LICENSED CA REAL ESTATE AGENT

Hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:15-5:15 12-1 lunch, and Saturdays and Mondays by appointment only. This is a front office position greeting clients as they come in the door.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in assisting potential tenants with their housing needs and ensuring high occupancy rates for our properties.

Responsibilities:

• - Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and highlight the features and benefits of the units
• - Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and lease agreements- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants promptly and professionally- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, applications, and lease agreements- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-ups- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants-type and send leases and lease renewals:- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales
• - Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
• - Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
• - Experience in property management or real estate is advantageous
