Role Overview: As a Leasing Agent at SDRE Homebuyers, you will play a crucial role in managing property listings, conducting showings, and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Maintain and manage property listings, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Client Engagement: Conduct property showings and provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.
• Application Processing: Screen applicants and facilitate the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and property values to effectively market available units.
• Collaboration: Work with the management team to develop marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
  

Qualifications:

• Active California real estate license is required.
• Bilingual is preferred but not necessary.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management software and leasing procedures is a plus.
  

Compensation:

• $60,000 Bonuses
