We provide real estate leasing, sales, construction, and property management services, including security, janitorial, facilities engineering, and parking garage services. Position: Leasing Consultant

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Salary: $16.66 - $22/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

About this role: The Leasing Professional is responsible for providing superior customer service to residents and prospective tenants, ensuring seamless leasing operations and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is motivated, and energetic, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills, working both independently and as part of a property management team.

What you'll do:

• Warmly greet all residents and prospective residents to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Handle incoming telephone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Stay informed of property updates and cost changes, ensuring accurate information is shared with residents and prospects.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all paperwork and data entry.
• Collaborate daily with the property manager and team members to achieve leasing goals.
• Utilize Yardi property management software for scheduling, data entry, and tracking leasing activities.
• Plan and manage daily tasks and appointments efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Receive and promptly route service requests from residents to the service department for timely resolution.
• Respond effectively to all inquiries from prospective and current residents, providing exceptional service and clear communication.
• Schedule and input necessary information into the Yardi system accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct property tours and attend customer appointments at designated locations.
• Demonstrate a self-driven, energetic approach to leasing with a proven record of closing leases.
• Participate in ongoing education and local association events as needed.
• Maintain reliable transportation to fulfill job-related duties.

What you'll contribute to our team:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Reliable transportation is required for traveling to various properties and appointments.
