As a Sales and Leasing Consultant you will interact with customers to help guide them through their vehicle purchase. A vehicle purchase is often the second biggest investment a person will make, and we will equip and train you with the product knowledge necessary to help your customer make the best choice!

If you have a passion for selling and love interacting with customers, we want to meet with you! Successful sales experience a must, Automotive sales experience a plus, and we are willing to train a motivated candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Greets customer on sales floor & ask questions to determine vehicle needs/wants
• Presents model options, features, and attributes
• Demonstrates operation of vehicle & features
• Suggests and sells the value of optional equipment purchases
• Stays up to date with knowledge of new product, features, and accessories
• Attends sales meetings and takes advantage of training opportunities
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Works with Sales Manager to calculate & quote sale price
• Prepares all related paperwork
• Delivers new vehicle to customer

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in past sales roles
• Ability to remain coachable while thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Works well with a team
• Customer service experience
