Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the leasing operations, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue growth while providing exceptional customer service, supervise all maintenance requirements of the complex . This position reports to an Area Manager and requires at least one (1) year of proven experience in the housing/leasing field. The ability to reasonably commute or relocate is required. This is not a remote position and does require office hours to be maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and effectively showcase available units
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations in all interactions
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Negotiate lease terms and renewals with prospective and current residents
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software such as Yardi
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leasing, affordable housing, LIHTC, HUD, OHFA, etc.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
- Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management
- Strong understanding of Yardi or similar property management software
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close leasing deals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic property maintenance and the ability to supervise maintenance personnel and vendors
- The ability to participate in trouble-shooting maintenance issues
