The Lender Support Role assists our agricultural, commercial, consumer, and real estate lenders with the highest level of customer service and care. Responsibilities

• Pull credit reports
• Prepare initial loan documentation
• Maintain contact with customers, appraisers, and insurance agencies regarding outstanding documentation or requesting additional information.
• Update and monitor the Tickler system.
• Assist with collections of loans by making initial contact with a borrower on a payment that is past due.
• Assist Lenders to ensure compliance exceptions are entered recorded promptly on internal reporting logs.
• Assemble various types of loan files, along with reviewing files upon closing to ensure all required documents are collected.
• Scan and index customer and loan documents.
• Review with lender the request for construction draws and process draws to the title companies.
• Prepare a weekly Loan Committee packet
• Schedule appointments for lenders, updating calendars as needed.
• Strong understanding of the Bank’s Lending Policy. 

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe.
• Two years of general banking experience preferred.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
