We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office tasks and provide support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with phone inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Utilize computer skills to type documents and computerize records
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks

Requirements
- Proficient in computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist is beneficial
- Strong typing skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
