Client Service Coordinator
We are looking to add a team member who has a great attitude with an outgoing personality, above average computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and works well in a team setting.

You MUST have a passion for helping others, which involves:

• answering multiple phone lines,
• providing excellent customer service,
• conducting a thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions,
• educating potential clients on various insurance products and coverage options,
• collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives,
• building lifelong relationships with our valued clients, and
• any other clerical duties as assigned by the Agency Owner.

In addition, we focus on educating our clients on their existing or missing coverages and cross selling new lines of business.

Requirements:

• previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry,
• proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,
• excellent communication and negotiation skills, and
• self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment

You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
