Licensing Clerk jobs in Blue Springs, MO

The Licensing & Placement Specialist provides training to resource homes, collaborates with the family support team, addresses any case issues or complaints, recruits homes in line with contract obligations, and adheres to licensing standards and regulations.

Location :

• Client Service area 1 : St. Joseph, MO
• Client Service area 2 : Maryville, MO

Schedule :

Hybrid-Remote Flexibility : The majority of your tasks will occur remotely or in the field, with 1-3 days designated for in-office responsibilities.

Compensation :

$43,500 - $46,000 annually, depending on education and experience.

Required Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Two (2) years of experience working with children and families in the social services field; which should include at least one (1) year of experience in case management with child welfare.

• Master’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• One (1) year with Therapeutic Foster Care and licensing experience.

Requirements :

• Ability to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated capacity for independent decision-making to plan, prioritize, and manage a varied workload, focusing on attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years old to apply.

• Valid driver's license.
