Line Cook - Casino prepares menu dishes following established recipes and using designated ingredients that meet production and quality standards. Utilizes portion and presentation standards to create appealing and flavorful dishes. Being a Line Cook - Casino may prepare unique dishes to fulfill customer requests. Follows all applicable guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety. Additionally, Line Cook - Casino maintains a clean and orderly workstation and kitchen equipment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a sous chef or executive chef. The Line Cook - Casino works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     What You Need to Succeed
    •The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple Positions – We believe in the concept of ONE Kitchen, where your training and flexibility will enable you to become an expert in all Heart of House roles
    Skills to Make the Grade – Multi-tasking, following recipes to create delicious dishes
    Job Qualifications – Must be at least 18 years of age, any culinary education is a plus!
    Perform the Physical Demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
