Litigation Support Manager oversees the team that uses technology to support an organization's litigation efforts. Develops and implements policies and procedures for designing, implementing, and maintaining litigation databases. Being a Litigation Support Manager is responsible for the technical aspects of document organization and control, including electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Provides training to the end users on database use and document management. Additionally, Litigation Support Manager confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. May handle more complex cases. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Support Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Facilities Maintenance Project Manager

  • International Support Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Project Manager (PM) to join its team! The PM must have relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. The PM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. The PM shall be available by phone within one hour both during and after the Government's regular working hours.

    Responsibilities:

    ​Develop and present, when requested, comprehensive quarterly and annual program performance reports, including documentation and metrics on program successes, challenges, key performance indicators, risks and opportunities, and all aspects of the requirements. The Quarterly Reports shall be delivered to the KO and RFOS/COR within 30 days following the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quarterly periods of the contract. The Annual Report shall be suitable for presentation to Senior Leadership (i.e., General Officer) and delivered to the KO and RFOS/COR within 30 days following the 4th Quarterly period of the contract.

    Qualifications:

    • The PM shall be technically qualified in the field of Facilities Maintenance Management and shall have a Bachelor of Science Degree from a U.S. accredited institution of higher learning in either an engineering discipline or management (or) alternatively ten (10) years of technical and/or management experience; minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility operations and maintenance, including the supervision of a diversified workforce responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of facility systems.
    • The PM shall currently have or obtain a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) from the Association for Facilities Engineering within the first 180 days.
    • Working experience with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes, and standards.

    Other Requirements:

    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Must be able to pass FAA security screenings
    • Must be able to pass background check and drug test

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $73,109.00 - $77,662.00 per year
