Position Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely processing of all requests for loan servicing. Responsible for follow-up documentation tracking.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

• Responds and performs client servicing requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Performs accuracy reviews on client servicing request input
• Performs Post-Closing Reviews once loan is booked to core system
• Monitors and adds to tickler tracking system for follow-up documentation
• Reviews follow-up documentation and requests changes or updates as needed
• Adheres to all regulatory laws and compliance considerations
• Performs other duties, as assigned
• Required regular attendance at the FineMark location designated in this job description, during regular business hours, or assigned hours for the position, is required. This is not a remote-work position

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• High school diploma
• Prior experience providing administrative and/or operational support
• Strong orientation towards operational efficiency, productivity, internal controls, compliance and process improvement
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task, accurately assess priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Ability to recognize service that need to be performed and possess the initiative to investigate a resolution and implement a solution
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• Two-year associate degree
• Some prior administrative and/or operational support experience within the financial industry

Visual Acuity Requirements. Close visual acuity and the ability to adjust focus, with or without correction, are required to perform activities such as, viewing a computer monitor or written materials and documents; reading; writing; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; close visual inspection. Some distance vision and color vision may be necessary.

Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or machinery such as a copier/printer.
