Loan Servicing Representative jobs in Rochester, NH

Service Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Loan Servicer where you will be responsible for the timely and accurate servicing of all real estate loans including, but not limited to, disbursement, establishing and maintaining loan file and computer system records, billing, escrow, tax and insurance activities records, and maintenance of open and satisfied loan documents. Supports loan processing functions.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.

The Day to Day:

• Provide superior service to members and prospective members seeking real estate loan products and services with Service CU.
• Answer member questions/inquiries as they relate to Real Estate in a quick and proficient manner.
• Understand the rolls of various departments with the credit union to ensure accurate referral of members when necessary.
• Track incoming upcoming loan disbursements.
• Forward mortgages on HEL or HELOCs to be recorded to ensure Service Credit Union’s lien is recorded properly and timely.
• Confirm mortgage recording to ensure Service Credit Union’s approved lien position.
• Complete loan disbursement sheet for each loan, disburse funds (including payoffs if necessary) and complete required general ledger entries for each loan.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven analytical skills and knowledge of mortgage accounting.
• One year minimum experience in mortgage servicing preferred.
• Effective and professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work effectively independently and accurately under pressure, as well as being a team player.
• Able to adapt easily in a rapidly changing technical environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
