Compensation for this Role: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour DOE
The Logistics Manager is in charge of shipping and receiving, inventory and shop organization as well as managing the delivery drivers.

Specific Responsibilities
- Delivery Schedule/Drivers Create and maintain the delivery schedule coordinating with the Prefab Manager, the Tools Manager, Technology Solutions and Service
- Manage all the drivers
- Train all drivers in safety, loading, best practices, routes, etc.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
- Manage all truck maintenance and repairs
- Shipping
- Stage all shipments in designated areas
- Set up all shipments with vendors when needed Build shipments to any and all specific requirements Vehicles
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of all field vehicles
- Manage the maintenance of all delivery vehicles
- Coordinate the delivery of the training trailer
- Maintain and deliver the BBQ Grill for all company functions
- Other duties as may be assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A functional physical is required to be completed and passed before work can be performed in all field positions. The physical requirements can often be completed repetitively and for extended periods of time. These requirements include:

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma supplemented by three to five years of experience in a logistical role. Previous driving experience is a plus.
