Overview:

Colo Blending is a dairy blending facility located in Umatilla OR. Colo Blending is currently looking for people who are seeking long-term employment. This position is a general labor position with opportunity for advancement.

Duties:

The position will assist other team members as directed by the shift lead. General labor employees will perform the following functions throughout the 10 hours shift.

Blend Plant Manager

Basic Work Requirements:

• Repetitive lifting includes 25kg bags averaging fifty-five pounds.
• Maintain product level in the stacks by cutting 55-pound bags or two thousand pounds totes.
• Sanitation function as directed, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and maintaining work area.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Be quality and safety conscious.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others.
• Be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision.
• Able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, stand and walk on feet for 10-hour shifts.
• Detail orientated.
• Reliable, Consistent, and punctual.

Preferred Work Requirements:

• 2 years manufacturing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
