• 
  Manage the relationship with our partnered 3PLs, ensuring that all SLAs are met.
• Track and manage orders into and out of the 3PL, verifying that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Manage cross-border service partners with international orders
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain, supporting the growth of the company.
• Track KPIs for all fulfillment to validate all targets are being met.
• Work directly with the customer service team to meet customer orders needs and ensure that any issues related to logistics are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Manage incoming inventory into the warehouse and ensure that inventory is received, processed, and stored correctly in the appropriate warehouse
• Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize customer service levels, and sustain inventory levels to meet demand.
• Manage wholesale orders and confirm we are in compliance with each individual partner

•

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
