We are in the Miami Garden, FL market to provide top-tier experiences for one of the largest home delivery networks in the United States.
We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor for our Miami Garden, FL location. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations and the on-site staff that interfaces with the client and manages the day-to-day operations of a brokerage, client relations and motor carriers for the surrounding counties.
Qualified candidates should have experience in distribution, customer service and preferably with in-home delivery. Candidates must also have a proven track record in improving overall operations, excellent team building and organizational skills, the ability to make important decisions and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
This position requires a self-starter who can oversee, manage, organize, and assist with the hiring process, people management, automated routing systems and work with customer service personnel to develop our business relationships with our clients, their customers and our motor carriers.
