POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Engineering has overall responsibility and accountability for, tooling, equipment automation, risk management, and manufacturing engineering disciplines (designing, implementing, and monitoring all processes and systems associated with process reliability, capital investments, and technical capability). The position balances projects, tactical implementation, and day-to-day execution to support the plant, staff, and direct reports, while facilitating efficient manufacturing operations across the organization to deliver commitments and goals.
