```Responsibilities```
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
- Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

- Provide treatments for patients utilizing medical weight loss equipment/non-invasive
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth operations

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
