The Mailroom Clerk will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company's mailroom, including operating mailing, copy and scanning equipment, navigating shipping and receiving websites such as UPS and USPS sites, and working with information in Salesforce and Box.com related to client deed and trust information. The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of customer care, while maintaining a friendly and cooperative attitude. Duties also include typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned.

The candidate must be able to lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and shipments of paper, and handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages. They will also be responsible for packaging and processing outgoing overnight items, i.e. Federal Express, UPS, etc. The ideal candidate should be able to focus on a task with great detail even while multitasking and be dependable, arrive on time, and have great attendance. Additionally, the Mailroom Clerk will be expected to perform other tasks as assigned around the office.

Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable navigating several computer programs. Experience with Salesforce a plus, the Google suite of applications, and 3rd party websites (box.com, USPS and UPS)
• Previous experience working in a mail room is a plus
• Excellent customer service and a professional attitude is a must
• Must be able to lift/push/pull objects, sit for long periods of time, perform data entry, and walk/stand throughout the office based on assigned duties.
• Keen attention to detail when reviewing trust and deed documents for inaccuracies and formatting errors
