Maintenance Planner, Sr. devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Being a Maintenance Planner, Sr. develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. Additionally, Maintenance Planner, Sr. utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. HOURLY SALARY RANGE: Minimum $21.57, Midpoint $25.99, Maximum $31.08
Primary Purpose:
Under general supervision maintain, repair, and install electrical systems, services, and equipment. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all electrical fixtures and systems in district facilities.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification
High school diploma or GED
Valid Journey Electrician License
Valid Texas driver’s license
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring and operating principles of motors
Knowledge of local electrical codes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Ability to use hand and power tools
Experience:
Five years’ experience in electrical field; clear driving record
