Maintenance Planner, Sr. devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Being a Maintenance Planner, Sr. develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. Additionally, Maintenance Planner, Sr. utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Maintenance Planner, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. - Colaborar con el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y normas aplicables para asegurar que los dispositivos medicos son seguros y eficaces.
- Definir y capturar los planes de mantenimiento preventivo dentro del sistema SAP para la empresa.
- Crear las ordenes de trabajo para equipo de mantenimiento que compila todas las notificaciones de trabajo, mientras prioriza las notificaciones de trabajo para convertirlos en orden de trabajo.
- Obtener la informacion necesaria para proporcionar costos estimados de personal, material y recursos y la aprobacion para proceder con el trabajo
- Monitorear tendencias en las fallas de los equipos y establecer planes de accion para mejoras.
- Asegurar en el sistema la exactitud de los datos como: las listas de equipo, las listas de las partes de repuesto, las especificaciones, etc.,
- Coordinar con planeacion de produccion y manufactura para la ejecucion del mantenimiento pro-activo en tiempo y forma, asi como la coordinacion del tiempo caido en caso de ser algun mantenimiento mayor o modificaciones especiales.
- Dar seguimiento con compras de las refacciones, materiales y equipos que se requieran para ejecutar una (s) orden (es) de trabajo, asi como a los contratistas en caso de requerir un servicio externo.
- Monitorear en los sistemas el status de todas las ordenes de trabajo que hayan sido planeadas y reprogramadas segun sea el caso.
- Definir y asegurar si un trabajo necesita una seguridad especial que permita hacer el trabajo o si necesita cerradura-fuera y etiqueta-fuera, para ser comunicado.

- Conducir la reunion multidisciplinaria para revisar las notificaciones de trabajo y decidir si el mantenimiento se realiza o no, para ser comunicado, Planeando y analizado, para Manufactura y todos los departamentos afectados.
- Analizar la informacion y la retroalimentacion que obtuvo una vez que la orden de trabajo se completa para la mejora continua, mientras re-disena el flujo de trabajo, las herramientas usadas, dibujos, la seguridad resultante, etc.
EDUCACION: Profesional
INGLES: Nivel Intermedio.
EXPERIENCIA: 4 a 7 anos
