The
Management Program Analyst will play a key role supporting the leadership and several departments within the Operations portfolio providing program management and administrative support. You will manage programs and execute various administrative assignments, provide analytical and program management support, and make recommendations to leadership on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operational programs.
Essential Functions:

Accomplish various administrative assignments that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operating line or administrative support programs

Prepare action plans and schedules for project accomplishment, both short and long-range; ensuring that plans are consistent with contract deliverables and/or company goals, schedules, and policies
-
Assist with operational reviews, preparing program analyses/evaluations, and/or providing guidelines pertaining to the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives

Prepare memoranda, standard operating procedures, written guidelines and recommendations, oral and written presentations, and/or conducting briefings to communicate findings, and recommendations
- Assist in the development of strategic plans, organizational performance metrics, management dashboards, workforce models, risk management plans, processes and procedures

Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems
- Consolidate data as necessary and reviews to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability
- Provide advice and guidance for improvements and anticipates areas of concern

Monitor workforce activities and support department performance, as well as identify actions to take to assure service level goals are met

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience with project management techniques to plan, schedule, and conduct projects

Experience with identifying actual or potential problem areas, trends, deficiencies, or other similar factors affecting operations

Experience with written and oral communication techniques

Experience using Microsoft Office or equivalent software programs (Word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) to prepare briefings and reports, manipulate spreadsheets and prepare presentations

Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills

Effective skill communicating with all levels within an organization

Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions

Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships

Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

2 plus years in a leadership role
- Experience with program management software

Experience in responding effectively to highly sensitive, complex and/or urgent requests

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-
Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
-
Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
