Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Support:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to schedule and coordinate services.
- Provide detailed product information and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Logistics and Shipping Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for product shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and communication with logistics partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by overseeing the shipping schedule and handling any related issues.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team by managing leads, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales data.
- Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
- Data Management and Office Administration:
- Perform data entry and manage customer databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of internal and external meetings.
- Manage office supplies and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Experience in customer service or office administration is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with technology.
- A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
