The Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing lean manufacturing processes in an electronics environment. The role involves meeting production requirements to support revenue targets and driving operational improvements through efficient processes.

Skill Requirements:

• Lean Manufacturing process implementation
• Familiarity with RF and electronics manufacturing process
• DoD experience
• Experience running day-to-day operations
• Proven track record in a leadership role

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Previous experience in Aerospace or Defense industries

Pay: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
