About the position:
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their functional area of responsibility. In this role, you will provide daily supervision of administrative and technical issues involving a functional group of engineers and engineering support personnel. Collaboratively develops the vision and strategy to improve the process under their responsibility. This supervisory position provides work direction concerning cost, quality, safety, environmental and schedule of engineering work or projects within manufacturing engineering. As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager you will work closely with Production, Quality, Product Engineering and the New Product Introduction (NPI) groups to ensure new and current products are developed and produced properly. As such, this person will have great analytical ability, people, organizational and collaboration skills, attention to detail and a disruptive mind set.
