Occupational Summary:

Machine Maintenance I is primarily responsible for performing a variety of duties that involve the repair and maintenance of CNC machinery and other equipment in support of manufacturing operations.

Essential Functions:

All applicants will be evaluated on their current skill level as well as the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas within 90 days of hire. Training will be provided.

Follows the direction of department leadership and Senior Machine Maintenance staff.

Works unsupervised in a safe and efficient manner, following all applicable NHBB policies, procedures, and regulations.

Abilities:

Basic understanding of electrical control systems including motor control, relay controlS

Basic ability to troubleshoot AC/DC control circuits and some electronics

Ability to perform competently a minimum of 4 of the identified Machine Maintenance skills:

Requirements:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

2 years of experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment and/or basic knowledge of AC/DC application and theory

Other Requirements:

Physical job requirements may include standing, use of hands to assemble and or carry out job functions as well as lifting up to 40lbs, sitting, bending, reaching, and stooping during the course of the job.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week
