Part time positions ideal for those seeking flexible working hours or going to school are currently available for recruiters/interviewers at our Spotsylvania Mall office in Fredericksburg VA. Employees recruit potential candidates for Market Research studies such as taste tests, one on one interviews, focus groups, etc.

Job Description : Approach any and all potential respondents within the designated recruiting areas in the mall and get people to participate in interviews/surveys. Escort qualified respondents to mall office to complete interviews. Read all questions verbatim to respondents in order to verify their qualifications. Accurately and legibly record all responses to questions.

Position Qualifications: Ability to read and write English and some familiarity with computers.
