JL Mag Rare-Earth (USA) Inc is a publicly traded company, dual-listed on the HK and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. JL Mag Rare Earth (USA) is located in Diamond Bar, California. It is the marketing and design engineering office for the US market. Our rare earth magnets are critical to the green energy initiative, it's used in Electric Vehicle Powertrain, Wind Power Turbines, and Mobile Phone Actuation (speaker, camera, vibration etc.) Our customers are the premier American makers of those products.

Location: Diamond Bar, CA

Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent。
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professional
• Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data,
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing)
• Proactive and concise communicator (both verbal and written)
• Possess emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Team player with a "solutions, no-blame" mentality
• Adaptive, flexible, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and organized - able to work independently and reliably without being micromanaged
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiar with Excel, Power Point, Word, and email

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
