Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at maximizing hardware product revenue across diverse markets and customer segments.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a dynamic sales team, both domestically and internationally, focused on sustained success.
- Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth avenues and refine our market approach.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to synchronize on product roadmaps, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Oversee the sales forecasting process, providing precise projections to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Required Skills

- Profound understanding of team management and comprehensive functional knowledge.
- Proven experience reporting to executive leadership while managing multiple teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary range of \(175,000 to \)200,000 annually, adjusted based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Additional compensation opportunities, including bonuses, commissions, or equity.
