Marketing Communication Director directs, implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Director builds cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, customers, and industry and develop a focused communication program. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Director explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee planning for trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Develops budgets and internal and external resources for communication program delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Marketing Communication Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Marketing Communication Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Marketing Graphics Communication Coord

  • The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Business Development / Brand Manager in implementing the company marketing strategies over various mediums to include digital marketing such as email, social media, and online; print and promotional; and all internal and external branded materials, trade shows and events. The Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for working within the guidelines outlined by the Business Development / Brand Manager for all projects as well as contribute ideas that promote company growth and sustainability.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support Marketing Strategy: Implement and track marketing strategies set in place by the Business Development /Brand Manager.
    • Product Positioning: Ensure marketing materials and resources are up to date and consistent in various mediums to include, print, digital and online media.
    • Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media efforts as directed by the BD/B Manager.
    • Promotional Items: Work with vendors and suppliers to order materials related to supporting Marketing and Company Events that align with budgets put in place for the activity.
    • Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, spec sheets, videos, flyers, website content, and power point presentations while keeping in compliance with brand guidelines.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to promote and sell the equipment effectively.
    • Graphic Design: Under the direction of the Business Development /Brand Manager, create graphic designs that are not only pleasing to the eye but effective advertising.
    • Photography and Videography: Take photos and video of Company products for the use in content and promotional item creation. Photo retouch as needed to ensure high quality imagery.
    • Trade Shows and Events: Coordinate participation in industry trade shows and events to showcase the equipment and build relationships with customers and partners. Support Sales staff in planning and execution of attending events.
    • Partnership Development: Support Dealers and external sales partners with their efforts in the sale and support of our equipment.
    • Company Events: Support planning and execution of internal and external company events with a focus on Core Values.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Implement and provide administration support for company CRM and track and reporting results to Business Development /Brand Manager and distribute applicable leads to sales.

    This position will provide support to Ground Force Manufacturing and TowHaul. Support for other business units many be required as deemed necessary by the Business Development / Brand Manager.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field a plus but not required.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience required.
    • At least 2 years of graphic design experience required
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills to handle multifaceted projects and campaigns.
    • The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently with exceptional follow-up and follow through skills.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on manufacturing or heavy equipment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work with multiple departments collaboratively to accomplish marketing goals.
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
    • Ability to track and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns using CRM and report to BD/B on results.
    • Proficiency in CRM (Dynamics preferred), analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite required.
    • Daily working knowledge of CMS and other marketing software highly desirable.
    • Photography and videography experience, preferably with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro required
