Marketing Communication Director directs, implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Director builds cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, customers, and industry and develop a focused communication program. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Director explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. A Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, ensure the quality and reliability of installations. They are also responsible for recording and analyzing results to identify areas of improvement of employees and processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, and at least one (1) year industry experience as a technician. Experience with Comcast products preferred.
Responsibilities:
Inspect the work performed by field technicians for accuracy and completion
Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards, including safety.
Document inspection results according to established pass/fail criteria.
Grade each job and report all findings to local leadership
Conduct thorough inspections of cable assemblies, components, and installations.
Verify that work complies with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
Identify any defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality requirements
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions.
