Summit Line Construction is headquartered in Heber City, Utah with additional Utah locations in Sandy and Provo. You can also find us in Northern California, Reno, Las Vegas and Phoenix. This position will report out of our Heber location.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do- Create content that adheres to brand standards across various platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Help manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Assist in creating physical marketing materials for various departments such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Support initiatives to increase brand awareness through various channels including social media, content marketing, and PR activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing files, creating and managing task trackers, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as human resources and recruitment to support them in their business objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing a brand strategy to ensure that all marketing and communications materials adhere to brand guidelines that maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Develop proficiency in crafting engaging content across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and town halls.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with various team members on various projects to achieve departmental goals to.
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with a focus in marketing, communications or other related field preferred.
- Organizational skills such as time and project management.
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Basic graphic design skills – Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Suite.
- Digital fluency.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AP style or willingness to learn AP Style.
- Understanding of willingness to learn of SWOT analysis, positioning maps, data analysis, and the sales funnel/customer journey.
- Self-motivation and hardworking.
- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
