Job Description: As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Initial Communications, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote our clients' brands, products, and services. You will work closely with our team to create compelling content, manage various communication channels, and coordinate marketing campaigns.

Salary range: $23.50 - $32.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing and communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media, and website content.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and staying updated with social media trends.
• Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate press coverage and enhance brand visibility.
• Email Marketing: Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content development, list management, and performance analysis.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
