Role Overview:
As a Print Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, building relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and offering innovative solutions from our diverse range of products. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and provide top-notch service to existing clients. This role requires a self-starter who’s not afraid to think outside the box and can stay motivated and driven even in the face of challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in print, signage, and marketing solutions.
• Qualify and develop sales leads, referrals, and take proactive measures to follow up on our targeted marketing campaigns.
• Foster and expand our existing customer base through attentive and personalized service.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions by showcasing our comprehensive range of products and services.
• Consult with clients to provide tailored solutions and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to overcome client objections and facilitate win-win solutions.
• Maintain meticulous records of lead information in our CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and efficient follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with our production and design teams to ensure the best outcomes for each project.
• Keep a keen eye on daily activity, account volume, and progress, managing workflow efficiently, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Skillfully prepare estimates and work orders.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or better
• 2 years of Proven sales experience, preferably in print, signage, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics with a passion for providing value ad personalized solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
