As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will lead agency engagement and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing data, drafting and executing email marketing campaigns, managing website and social media content, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities - include:

• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy based on industry trends, behaviors, and competitive landscape in collaboration with executive leadership
• Lead and manage agency partnerships and provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives for both paid and earned media placements
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals
• Manage project timelines and ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, advertising, and event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
• 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the medical field, although it is not a mandatory requirement for this position
• Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience drafting press releases, media alerts, and other materials
• Experience with website content management, including the ability to write and edit HTML; WordPress proficiency a plus
• Familiarity with website performance monitoring tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
