  • Jairus Marketing, a full-service B2B marketing agency, focused on healthcare clients, is expanding its Client Success team and is looking for an Account Manager.

    We have had unprecedented growth in the last year and are looking to build out a team of dedicated Account Managers to partner with our Account Directors in leading client strategy, facilitating project execution and supporting the client relationship.

     

    What does our ideal candidate look like?

    • An internal drive to do excellent work for your clients, every single time you can.
    • MINIMUM 1-3 years of B2B Agency experience required
    • Familiarity with the creative and strategic process, web development, social media, email marketing and online campaigns.
    • An ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities with grace.
    • Comfort working with individuals in all levels of the client organization, including strong skills interacting with senior-level management.
    • Attend client meetings and provide post-meeting action items for follow-up by the Account Director or support staff
    • Facilitate content/design briefs to initiate new projects
    • Work with the Project Manager to ensure all projects and tasks are assigned correctly in Project Management System
    • Updating the Project Manager on project/task status
    • Attend weekly client performance meetings to provide additional insight into strategic performance
    • Oversee email marketing efforts, including uploading of lists, email campaign launches and monitoring results
    • Oversee client organic social media strategies
    • Provide support in initiating client website updates, including blog posts as needed
    • Learn social media and digital marketing advertising platforms to gain insight into campaign performance
    • Meet regularly with your Account Director(s) for project planning/client strategy discussions
    • Join your Account Directors weekly meeting with the Project Manager to discuss project status
    • Support in proofing projects prior to client presentation (i.e., landing pages, emails, ad campaigns)
    • Facilitating requested project changes from clients through our project management platform
    • An eagerness to work in a high-paced, start-up environment with tons of opportunity to grow and learn.
