DESCRIPTION
LEAD Advisors is a small but growing firm which offers research-based metrics and coaching services to businesses across various industries. The Sales and Marketing Administrator will function as the quarterback and the hub for our sales team, obtaining and distributing leads, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, managing prospective client interactions, coordinating sales campaigns, and creating engaging content on social media. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline processes, track performance, and ensure the smooth execution of all sales-related activities.

KEY SKILLS & PROFICIENCIES
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software and marketing tools.
o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creates and distributes external contracts
- Receive contract details from Sales team.
- Draft contracts using Qwilr.
- Upon approval, distribute contracts to prospective clients.
- Upon acceptance of contract, notify operations for onboarding.
2. Schedules and attends sales meetings, records action items.
- Coordinate with sales team for meeting schedules.
- Attend meetings, take notes on action items.
- Distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
3. Assists Director of Sales and Marketing with Pipedrive development and functionality.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to update Pipedrive.
- Assist in developing Pipedrive workflows and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Pipedrive.
4. Maintains resource directories for sales team members
- Organizes articles, videos, testimonials
- Assists in development of training programs for sales team members
5. Coordinate lead generation and distribution of leads to team
- ZoomInfo subject matter expert.
- Distribute leads to sales team members and assist in holding them accountable.
- Monitor lead follow-up and conversion rates.
6. Tracks prospect follow-up process
- Monitor and track sales team's follow-up activities.
- Report on follow-up metrics and outcomes (contract turnaround times, sales meeting dates vs. time to signing)
7. Maintains inventory of marketing pieces, sales folders
- Manage inventory levels of marketing materials.
- Ensure availability of sales collateral.
8. Registers for conferences
- Identify relevant conferences and events.
- Register attendees and manage logistics.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation if required.
9. Manages social media:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms (linkedin, instagram, facebook) through design software (canva, adobe, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions messages promptly. Communicate with the sales team about potential leads
- Be up to date on company events and values to accurately capture LEAD’s culture, vision, and brand.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including engagement, reach, and growth.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, reels, sounds, tools, and best practices. Suggest new ideas and approaches to enhance social media presence.
- Consistently brainstorm relevant instagram/fb reels.
10. Supports admin and sales teams:
- Provide general administrative support, including printing materials and designing graphics
- Create sales and marketing videos as needed
