Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead a dual marketing strategy aimed at attracting new painting business partners and fostering growth on their behalf. This position involves close collaboration with the Head of Revenue and the sales team to craft and manage campaigns that effectively draw in new painting businesses while optimizing their acquisition funnels. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in high-energy environments and possess a proven track record in developing results-oriented sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, direct mail, and partner portals, to generate high-quality leads.
• Oversee our social media strategy and produce compelling content that engages our target audience.
• Cultivate and maintain influencer partnerships, managing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Create persuasive copy and generate relevant content to enhance our marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a high-conversion website to increase online engagement.
• Optimize search engine strategies to enhance our online presence and visibility.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting, primarily utilizing SQL and Google Analytics 4.
• Manage CRM tools and implement effective email marketing strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in areas aligned with the responsibilities outlined.
• Preferred experience within the home services sector, specifically in the residential house painting market.
• Familiarity with web design, SQL, and search engine management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: \(70,000 - \)80,000, commensurate with experience.
