The minimum base salary for this position is $55,000 and the maximum is $70,000, plus additional annual profit-sharing bonus potential. Salary may vary based on education, knowledge and experience.

Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and organizing key marketing materials, including but not limited to website; marketing resource hub; social media, Statements of Qualification; Posters; client and project specific deliverables including Project Summaries, Reports and supporting materials; all with the guidance and support of the Business Development and Marketing Manager (Manager) and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Manager and other marketing team members in the creation, distribution, organization, and maintenance of quality materials, including website, social media, power points, brochures and graphics.
• Draft, edit, organize and proof various additional materials, including proposal templates, brochures, media relations pieces and presentations to ensure content is comprehensive, relevant and consistently represents the WEST brand.
• Responsibilities may also include managing marketing related support: conference involvement and support, including booths and other relevant materials ranging from advertisements to posters to giveaways.
• Supporting other office and/or discipline-specific initiatives, as required.
• Performing support and/or administrative tasks, as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of job-related relevant experience.
• Intermediate level knowledge of related marketing management software and programs, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Constant Contact.
• Ability to type and edit text.
• Ability to create marketing materials that highlight WEST.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic.
• Organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit and talk in an office setting, often for long periods of time.
• Operate computers, keyboards and other peripheral equipment.
• Bend or stoop as needed for filing.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
