Job Summary:
Owl is seeking a part-time/contract Demand Marketing Specialist to assist in the development, execution, and measurement of Owl’s demand generation and market awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven background in campaign strategy, content development, and automation, a thorough knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, and a creative spark with a keen eye for detail. This role will take a hands-on approach to drive brand visibility and lead capture, absorbing and communicating brand and product value using a variety of creative, measurable, digital and analog approaches to government and commercial markets. In addition, the Demand Marketing Specialist will act as administrator for all social media activity and perform KPI measurement and regular reporting on campaigns, primarily through HubSpot reporting and dashboards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development
- Leverage brand messaging to develop creative multi-channel use case-based campaigns.
- Create campaign timelines, organize deliverables, and set KPIs.
- Identify and parse paid campaign audiences according to known buyers/personas.
- Campaign Execution
- Assign and align campaign deliverables to key dates and events.
- In conjunction with design team, create engaging, original email, social, advertising, and media/PR content.
- Design automation to schedule and send campaign content.
- Campaign Measurement
- Create campaign dashboards to maintain visibility across all campaign elements.
- Track and adjust campaigns as necessary according to KPIs.
- Create and review a regular cadence of reports with leadership.
- Social Media (LinkedIn & X)
- Curate posts and build engagement, ensuring quality and consistency, to build follower base.
- Research & identify influential groups, companies, people to follow & engage.
- Comment, like, and share on relevant posts from Owl followers and influencers.
- Monitor social media metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Other activities as appropriate/time allows.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3 years in campaign strategy, content development, and automation.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and Google marketing tools.
- Established knowledge of digital marketing analysis and reporting.
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, prioritize, and adapt and thrive in an agile team environment.
- Obsessive attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
