JOB OVERVIEW
The Marketing/Lead Support Specialist is responsible for all lead support activities within Marketing and Sales. Duties include but are not limited to lead assignment/distribution, data cleanup, reporting, and data communication. Also supports the Digital Marketing Manager with the management of our online marketplace, Investment District.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Salesforce liaison for marketing and sales, including duplication management, lead assignment, and reporting.
- Marketing lead process adoption and compliance to optimize efficiency.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the marketing process, reviewing with management to formulate recommendations.
- Responsible for accurate data entry, data cleanliness and reporting using various systems, including but not limited to, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Administers and reports on projects for marketing initiatives.
- Researches, solves, and communicates issues impacting sales and marketing lead and technical solution processes.
- Evaluates the lead qualification and sales journey from marketing to sales.
- Organizes, documents, and maintains marketing processes and collateral.
- Organizes and sends monthly Investment District invoicing, onboards the provider to Investment District, creates the listing in platform, reports on Investment District as a whole and communicates with the providers listed on an ongoing basis
- Supports manager and team on new and ongoing projects as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing support and/or technical solution duties in a professional business environment
- Experience working with CRM software, Salesforce preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must have clear and professional communication skills
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
TECHNICAL SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following:
- Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce
- Intermediate proficiency with Sales and/or Marketing technical solutions
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
