Duties:

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
- Strong technical background in one or more engineering disciplines
- Proficiency in Autodesk product software, preferably Autodesk Inventor
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and experience with data collection and interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
