Media Buyer is responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Coordinates the development and execution of media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, tactics, message, and objectives. Being a Media Buyer uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Negotiates media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Additionally, Media Buyer collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to execute plans and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for campaigns. Conducts research on new media strategies, platforms, and channels to utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. The Media Buyer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Responsibilities:- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Attend in-person appointments with sellers and make offers to purchase their homes
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Must live in Corpus Christi, TX
- Have 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
