Media Buyer jobs in South Dakota

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships, including monitoring and distributing monthly supplier performance reports.
• Identify and recommend new suppliers based on customer requirements and research.
• Ensure compliance with Non-Disclosures, surveys, and other certifications.
• Participate in internal and external supplier development meetings.
• Create purchase orders based on demand and review open purchase orders regularly.
• Coordinate disposition of expired materials and manage shelf life reporting.
• Review specifications to ensure compliance and utilize the most current revisions.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with new and existing suppliers.
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems for procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in business management or related field.
• Four or more years of experience in a buyer/planner role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Previous experience with MRP/ERP systems required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $76,646.27 per year
