What your work consists of:

• Photography and video capture on active job sites
• Creating, posting, and managing content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
• Involvement in a variety of communication projects, including the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, recruiting videos, and web content
• Tracking performance of various social media initiatives, accessing necessary areas of improvement, and completing market research
• Establishing strong relationships between the community, vendors, and our clients
• Designing, managing, and implementing print & digital advertising, and social media campaigns

What We’re Looking for:

• Previous experience managing social media channels and media content for a busy and growing business
• A person with a strong eye for effective visual and graphic design
• A creative team builder with strong attention to detail
• A problem solver with great organizational skills
• A person who enjoys taking initiative
• A Bachelors or Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Communications
