Media Planner is responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Coordinates the development and execution of media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, tactics, message, and objectives. Being a Media Planner uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Negotiates media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Additionally, Media Planner collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to execute plans and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for campaigns. Conducts research on new media strategies, platforms, and channels to utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. The Media Planner occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Social Media / Content Creator
We are seeking an onsite Social Media Content Creator with the ability to take charge of a wide range of social media related assignments with a get-the-job-done attitude. You must possess the ability to stay on schedule, work without extensive supervision, and help translate social media marketing into strong client business results.
Social Media Content Creator Job Requirements and Duties
- Ability to shoot and post video
- An understanding of all social media including Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc., and creating / executing a social media calendar
- Willingness to work with all forms of digital advertising and paid marketing campaigns including AdWords keyword development, account set up, ad creation, content network, match types, quality score, negative keywords, and conversion rate
- An understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics
- Copywriting skills to reply to comments on client sites
- Familiarity with blog, article and newsletter posting
- Comfortable working with web directories, search engines, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.
- Effective communication, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive as a team member and work with Basecamp
Your main job will be to prepare, post and refine social media for a diverse clientele that includes businesses from the entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing, services, home builder, construction, art, retail, and many other sectors.
Qualifications
We want local candidates to work onsite in our La Quinta office. No 3rd party contracting agencies and you must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
