ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capture stunning photos, videos, and drone footage of properties to showcase their unique features
• Upload and distribute creative content and communicate field notes to our editing team
• File Management
• Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude
• Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations and upholding quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Maintain a strong work ethic and extreme attention to detail while adhering to project timelines
• Represent Elevated Media Co's brand and commitment to excellence
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and exceptional results
• Be a coachable teammate by seeking out, accepting, and providing feedback
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely using your reliable vehicle
• Take creative lead on bigger projects
• Help with managing, training, and hiring of other upcoming creative specialists

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Previous Photography / Videography skills are a big plus
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet (Problem solving is a big part of this job)
• Basic photo editing / photo management experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable laptop or desktop you can use for the job with strong internet connection (Internet reimbursement after consistent employment)
• Some level of photography AND videography experience
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable car no older than 2012 that you can always use for the job
• Live in greater Knoxville area
• Some level of Customer Service experience is a MUST!
• Two professional references from prior job or experience

WORK HOURS:

Work hours vary from week to week and during busy season. General shooting hours include but not limited to Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm.

'entrepreneur' schedule = we work till job is done

COMPENSATION:

Starting pay ranges from $70,000 - $100,000 with bonus structures and past experience

Wifi Car reimbursements available in the future

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
• Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
• Flexibility to maneuver to get best camera angles
• Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment
• Driving to complete job duties
• Standing for extended periods of time
