This is a professional, busy medical office with a friendly and fun team who enjoys their work. Here you will handle multiple tasks from checking patients in and out to working directly with a physician in the clinic, ensuring all insurance requirements are met and answering phone calls. We are a small but growing GYN office and you will contribute to all aspects of patient care. We are currently a team of three providers, two medical assistants, a front office administrator and a practice manager. We strive to provide uncompromising excellence in medical care.

We need a medical secretary who is excited to also work as a medical assistant when needed. The job will require a smiling face, a positive, upbeat attitude and great organizational and computer skills. Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone is a must. Must be able to multitask and function well in a professional manner under pressure. We will train all aspects of the job including the use of our electronic medical record software.
