EXPERIENCED Medical Practice Manager-COSMETIC & SURGICAL OFFICE

$62,000 - $75,000 Potential Performance Bonuses ONLY apply if 3 years’ experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. Experienced Medical Practice Manager

2. 3 years’ experience (medical practice managing)

3. Excellent Physician References ONLY (no coworkers/no staff member references accepted).

HERE ARE THE MUSTS TO EXCEL AND PRIORITIZE (including but not limited to):

· Patient Care & Customer Service – Must be gentle & understanding catering to the patients’ needs even under stressful situations.

· The ability to manage and travel to multiple offices.

· Oversee surgical schedule Day to Day Operations

· Call patients (or oversee calling patients) after surgeries.

· Must be able to perform ALL office duties (except for provider duties) and prior experiences as a surg tech, medical assistant, or med tech a plus.

· Must efficiently & patiently train

· Must understand and respect for strict protocols.

· HR Specialists—Must be organized with excel tracking interviews & hiring.

· Must be willing and able to work after hours and weekends.

· Carry out administrative tasks.

· Provide graphs and weekly reports for Compliance and Duties

· Must maintain inventory and communicate with district manager.

· Social media & office growth.

· Ordering

· Oversee referrals, Schedules, Claims, Credentialling, Accounts Payable

· Oversee surgical days.

· Ensure providers are running on time.

· Report to and communicate with district manager when providers are not running on time.

· Report to Regional manager daily.

· Follow up on tasks.

*Performance bonuses strictly at the discretion of the district manager and may be based on several more factors than performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
